Kathryn R. Ham, a resident of Edgartown, Massachusetts and Boston, Massachusetts, is Counsel for Reynolds, Rappaport, Kaplan & Hackney, LLC. She served as a partner of the firm from 1993 to 2000 when she made the decision to move to the Boston area for family reasons. She has more than twenty years of experience in real estate law, with a focus on analyzing troubled titles and serving conservation organizations like the MV Land Bank Commission. She is also an appointed Land Court Examiner.

Community Involvement:
Ms. Ham has been active in the community. She has served as a volunteer emergency medical technician (EMT) for the Towns of Tisbury and Edgartown for many years, as a tutor in the Martha's Vineyard Literacy Program and as a member of the Edgartown Historic District Committee. She is currently a corporator of the Dukes County Savings Bank , and does pro bono legal and other volunteer work for The Home for Little Wanderer's in Boston. She is active in Land conservation, currently serving as a Director of Sheriff's Meadow Foundation, and as Treasurer of North Star Land Foundation, a private charitable corporation dedicated to the conservation of land on Chappaquiddick. She is also an overseer for The Vineyard Open Land Foundation.
Personal:
Born in Toronto, Canada, Ms. Ham was raised in Boston, Massachusetts. She lived for a year and a half in Paris, France before moving full time to Martha's Vineyard in 1979. She now divides her time between Boston and Martha's Vineyard.
