Michael Goldsmith was born in Waltham, Massachusetts, in 1962. Prior to joining Reynolds, Rappaport, Kaplan & Hackney, Mr. Goldsmith was assistant corporation counsel in the City of Boston Law
Department. Also while in Boston, Mr. Goldsmith served as a Suffolk County Bar Advocate for indigent defendants. He has served as a clerk to the Hon. Mel L. Greenberg, an
associate justice with the Massachusetts Appeals Court, and then to Hon. Patti B. Saris, a judge in the U.S. District Court, District of Massachusetts.
