Cynthia G. Wansiewicz is a director of Reynolds, Rappaport & Kaplan, LLC and has more than a decade of experience in the areas of real estate law and municipal law. Ms. Wansiewicz joined the firm in 1999 after practicing in New Hampshire as an associate at the firm of Nelson, Kinder, Mosseau & Saturley. Since moving to the Vineyard her practice has focused on all aspects of residential and commercial real estate and affordable housing. In 2008 she expanded her practice to include estate planning and administration. She also has experience in general business law and civil litigation.
Community Involvement:
Ms. Wansiewicz is on the Board of Directors of Friends of Family Planning of Martha’s Vineyard and has served on the Board of Directors of the American Red Cross Chapter on Martha’s Vineyard.
Personal:
A native of Danbury, Connecticut, Ms. Wansiewicz moved to Martha’s Vineyard in 1999. She is proficient in Spanish and enjoys skiing. She participated in the Seacoast Half-Marathon for the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society in Training. Her husband, Adam Wansiewicz, is a business owner. They have one child.
